What you'll need 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder 
  • 3/4 cup brewed coffee 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • Optional toppings; Nut butter, Greek yoghurt, Cacao nibs, Nuts, Hemp 

 

The easy bit 

  1. Combine all ingredients (excluding toppings) in a container and mix until well combined. 
  2. Store in a sealable jar or container and set in the fridge overnight. 
  3. Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
