What you'll need

- 400g beef steak
- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons blackbean Sauce
- 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50g broccoli florets
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 100g baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- Slice steak into thin strips and place into a shallow dish with vinegar, black bean sauce and soy sauce and chilli. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until just browned. Remove the beef from the pan and add broccoli and capsicum, stir-frying for 3 minutes. Add the spring onions, bean sprouts, baby spinach and return the beef to the pan. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes and serve.
