What you'll need
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 scoop (20g) Celebrity Slim Rapid Vanilla* (or Chocolate for chocolate pancakes)
- 1 egg
The easy bit
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Slice up the banana and add to a bowl. Mush with a fork until there are no lumps. (For a smoother consistency use a food processor.)
- Add in the egg and a scoop of Celebrity Slim of your choice then mix until combined.
- Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour out the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top and around the edges are set.
- Serve with honey or berries.
