What you'll need

  • 1 banana (sliced) 
  • 1 egg 

    The easy bit 

    1. Place a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. 
    2. Slice up the banana and add to a bowl. Mush with a fork until there are no lumps. (For a smoother consistency use a food processor.) 
    3. Add in the egg and a scoop of Celebrity Slim of your choice then mix until combined. 
    4. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour out the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top and around the edges are set. 
    5. Serve with honey or berries.
