What you'll need 

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt 
  • 1/4 cup berries (or any other fruit cut into small chunks) 
  • 1/4 cup granola 

 

The easy bit 

  1. If using honey or maple syrup, mix it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined. 
  2. To layer the yoghurt parfait, place half of the yoghurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.  
  3. Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola. 
  4. If preferred, finish it off with a drizzle of honey and serve immediately.
