What you'll need
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup berries (or any other fruit cut into small chunks)
- 1/4 cup granola
The easy bit
- If using honey or maple syrup, mix it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined.
- To layer the yoghurt parfait, place half of the yoghurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
- Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola.
- If preferred, finish it off with a drizzle of honey and serve immediately.
