hi guys I am going to blog my results every week , as i think this will help me stay focussed..


 


week 1 - loss 1.6


yay , its not huge but i am very happy with losing 1.6 this week.


felt extremely lethargic the last 3 days , hoping i am on the way up again now.


now for week 2.....Laughing

now for week 2


yay  a loss of 1.8...very happy....


feeling much better this week , the lethargy has disppeared and my excercise is all going well..


went out for thai with my hubby on friday night and i chose well and walked out feeling proud , not stuffed..


bring on week 3 , my goal for this week is to say goodbye to the 80's..Laughing

hi guys...


week 3 is a loss of 1kg......yay


so this week has had its ups and downs , didnt do as much excercise as i would have liked and i did end up at a bistro with my family for lunch last wednesday...disaster , so many carbs...but i did my best...


so onto week 4....Laughing

Ugh! Ban the bistro, an establishment designed purely to derail our efforts! So to still drop another kilo is awesome. Keep it up - nearly a third of the way there!!

hi all , well its week 4 already for me....wow


well this week i was away camping for four days down the coast and i was really proud of myself , yes i still had beers and a few chips and some dip , but overall i ate and drank in moderation and still had my shakes for brekkie every day....for lunch and dinner i had what everyone had but with more salad and i still drank my 2L of water...and every day we walked for 45 mins on the beach , plus played tennis and cricket with the kids .....


so for my efforts i lost another 600g....yay for me... 


bring on week 5.....everyone is back at school , i am back at my jobs...back to normal.. Laughing

Woohoo another 600g gone forever! you have just proved that you can have a great holiday and still keep losing weight.


It's nice to get back to normal too. Normal is good......I wish we could have more of it lol!

well i have just weighed in and i have a loss of 1.4kg for this week.....yay i am nearly half way to my goal..


really want to try and up my excercise this week , nothing too radical just a bit more of it..

That's a good looking ticker you have, Pepper. I love the way is keeps inching towards the right haha!


Upping  the exercise will definitely tone you up and you'll be slipping into a smaller size before you know it.


Great work - it's all worth it, isn't it?

well it is now week 6 for me and i have had a loss of 1.2kg......Smile.....very happy girl , i am indeed...


well still a bit slack on the excersise bit , but the eating has been ok...


i went out for lunch and 2 dinners this week , but again i chose wisely and it paid off...


so bring on week 7.....Wink

ok..so I am up to week 7...


another loss this week of 800g....yay very happy with that .


i did eat a couple of things I really shouldnt have ... like sweet & sour pork with rice ( i did go easy on the rice) , but it really is the best i have ever had so I couldnt resist.. and it was valentines day ...


as for the excersise , well i am still not where i want to be , so a bit more effort in that department is required..


and i am very excited as i have just booked a cruise in july....even more motivation...woo hoo
