Hi guys,


I have always been skeptical of these forums, having doubts that they will work for me as a support network but I figured I would be brave and post my weight and measurements on here.


Little background - I was a national gymnast for 10 years until I shattered my spine at the age of 15. Between 15 and 18, I put on 30 kgs and ballooned to 92kgs in 2008. Between September 2008 and December 2010 I lost 21kgs by exercising ALOT - but I never overcame my bad eating habits. Over the last 12 months I have put on 8 kgs and now weigh 79.1kgs at 22 years old. My long term goal is 65kgs, but due to my muscle mass, I may not actually need to lose quite so much. I tend to look for quick fixed so I really need to work on my patience and persistence. 


Measurements are as follows.
Bust: 97cm
Waist: 84cm
Hips: 103cm (over a metre!)
Thigh: 62.5cm
Calves: 42cm
Upper Arm: 33cm
Forearm: 26cm


Any advice anyone has to give should please let me and I am open to anything!

Sorry it took some time to reply to your message....this new forum design has us oldies all turned around haha. I have been part of this forum for over a year, it was a good place to find support but since the redesign...well its trickier to help each other.


good luck with your journey, you sound like a very strong person and you will smash it in no time :)
