Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Your invoice will be sent to your nominated email address that you enter at checkout. All orders are sent nationally via Australia Post.

All items are sent from our South Nowra warehouse in NSW, Australia. We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 1-2 full business days and Australia Post's delivery timeframe is usually 2 to 7 business days to most areas (Aus Post Delivery can take longer to some rural areas).

We will contact you within 1-2 business days of your order submission if any items are either out stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.


Where's my confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from info@celebrityslim.com.au

Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders must be notified to Celebrity Slim immediately. To cancel an order, you can contact 1300 941 994 or info@celebrityslim.com.au. Once goods are despatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.


STOCK AVAILABILITY

Celebrity Slim will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, Celebrity Slim cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, Celebrity Slim will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.


DELIVERY

All items are sent from our Greenwich warehouse in NSW, Australia. We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 1-2 full business days and Australia Post's standard delivery timeframe is usually 1 to 7 business days to most areas (This service can take longer to some rural areas).

NON DELIVERIES

If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us on 1300 941 994 or info@celebrityslim.com.au

Celebrity Slim will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, Celebrity Slim will replace the item(s) and re-deliver at no cost to you. Celebrity Slim reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, Celebrity Slim will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.

Celebrity Slim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from non-deliveries.


DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are damaged in transit or upon delivery must be notified to Celebrity Slim on 1300 941 994 or info@celebrityslim.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods.

Celebrity Slim will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. Celebrity Slim however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.

Celebrity Slim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from damaged goods.


DEFECTIVE GOODS

Goods that are defective upon delivery must be notified to Celebrity Slim on 1300 941 994 or info@celebrityslim.com.au within 7 days on receipt of goods. Celebrity Slim will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. Celebrity Slim however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.

If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by Celebrity Slim. Celebrity Slim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from defective goods.

Please note: If goods are found to be not defective on return, the cost of the return and re-delivery will be chargeable to you.
