What you'll need

Serves 2

  • 400g beef steak 
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons blackbean Sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 50g broccoli florets 
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced 
  • 3 spring onions, sliced 
  • 100g bean sprouts 
  • 100g baby spinach 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 

The easy bit

  1. 385 Calories per serving.

  2. Slice steak into thin strips and place into a shallow dish with vinegar, black bean sauce and soy sauce and chilli. Leave to marinate for at least an hour. 
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until just browned. Remove the beef from the pan and add broccoli and capsicum, stir-frying for 3 minutes.  Add the spring onions, bean sprouts, baby spinach and return the beef to the pan. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes and serve.
