Hi I have noticed a white coating on my tounge since using the shakes, has anyone else out there


had this?

I can't say I have but carb withdrawals does funny things to your body. If you are concerned, go and see your local chemist of doctor. Your body can be 'shocked' by the change in diet and might be finding its balance. I found I got a few colds the first couple months, til I adjusted.
