Less than 18.5 = Underweight
If your BMI result falls into this category you would generally
be considered underweight and should not embark on the Celebrity
Slim program without medical supervision.
18.5 to 25 = Healthy weight range
If your BMI falls into this category you would generally be
considered a healthy weight. For many people 22 is a good BMI
target.
25 to 30 = Overweight
BMI results of between 25 and 30 mean that you are well suited
to the Celebrity Slim program. Make sure you set realistic goals
and stick to the program to achieve your goal weight.
More than 30 = Obese
If you have a BMI of higher than 30 then Celebrity Slim is
suitable for you. Make sure you set realistic short-term goals and
really understand the program fundamentals. If you have a BMI
result of over 35, consider talking to your GP or health
professional before beginning the program.
